Do you offer the service anywhere on the island and at any time?
Yes! We operate 24/7 across the entire island of Ibiza. We can pick up or deliver your luggage wherever and wheneveryou need.
Depending on the distance between the pickup and drop-off locations, an extra fee may apply.
For services during night hours:
- If only pickup or only delivery is during night hours, there’s a €20 surcharge.
- If both pickup and delivery are during night hours, the surcharge is €30.
Is the location on Google Maps your actual office?
Not exactly. The location shown on Google Maps is optimized based on the high demand we receive in that area. Our actual facilities are in a private location, not open to the public, to ensure the security and privacy of all stored luggage.
But don’t worry about the location, we can come to wherever you are to pick up and deliver your luggage.
What kind of luggage do you accept?
We handle suitcases, backpacks, travel bags, sports equipment, and more. If it’s safe to store and transport, we’ve got it covered. For oversized or special items, just let us know in advance.
Where will we meet at the airport?
We will meet at the Express Parking area of the airport. It’s located right in front of the taxi stand and the Arrivals and Departures doors, so it’s easy to find.

Are your storage facilities secure?
Absolutely. Our facilities are video-monitored 24/7, have restricted access, and are fully insured. Only authorized staff can enter, and luggage safety is always our top priority.
How much does the service cost?
The price of our service depends on several factors: the number of suitcases or backpacks, the pick-up and delivery times, and the locations involved. Each booking is personalized, as every client’s needs are different.

How can we recognize you?
You will recognize us by our white Renault van, clearly branded with our logo and colors. We also wear a distinctive uniform: navy blue polo shirts and beige cargo shorts.
Is my luggage insured?
Yes. Every item is covered by a standard insurance of €500 per piece.
You can upgrade the coverage to €1.200 per item for an additional fee.
