1. Service Scope

Ibiza Luggage Transfer provides luggage pickup, storage, and delivery services across Ibiza, designed to ease travelers’ first and last days on the island. Especially useful when check-in or check-out times don’t align with flight schedules.

The service includes:

• Pickup at airport, accommodation, or agreed location.
• Secure storage during the requested time.
• Timely delivery at the chosen location.

2. Duration

The service starts when the luggage is picked up and ends upon delivery at the final agreed location. 

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are available on our website and vary depending on the number of bags, service plan selected, and any extras.

• Payment is made in two steps:
  1. Deposit paid online when completing the booking form.
  2. Remaining balance, paid at pickup or delivery (by card or cash, if previously notified).
• Minimum charge per booking: €50. If the calculated total is lower, the minimum charge still applies.

4. Modifications by Plan

Customers may modify the pickup/delivery time or location depending on their chosen plan:

• Basic Plan:
  • Free changes up to 1 hour before.
  • After that, a 15% fee applies to confirm changes.
• Standard Plan:
  • Free changes up to 1 hour before.
  • Changes under 1 hour incur a 15% fee.
• Premium Plan:
  • Free changes at any time, no penalties.

A 15-minute grace period is offered at pickup/delivery. After that, a 25% late fee applies unless prior notice is given.

5. Cancellations

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.

6. Flexible Pickups & Delivery Routes

During high-demand periods (especially weekends), multiple bookings may overlap. In such cases:

• We may organize pickup/delivery routes with prior customer approval.
• Customers leave their luggage at the hotel storage or villa.
• Our team collects or delivers within a reasonable time window.
• Applies only with consent from both the client and hotel/villa staff.

Note: This does not apply to Ibiza Airport (IBZ) due to lack of secure holding areas. Airport pickups/deliveries are always direct and prioritized.

7. Liability & Insurance

• Ibiza Luggage Transfer is responsible for loss or damage caused by mishandling.
• Compensation:
  • Up to €150: paid by us directly.
  • Between €150 and €50,000: covered by our AXA insurance.
  • Each piece of luggage is insured for up to €500, or up to €1,200 if the client opts for the additional coverage.
  • Unless otherwise stated by our team, these are the maximum coverage amounts per item.

We are not liable for missed flights or other travel disruptions caused by delays unless due to our proven fault.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Be punctual for pickup and delivery.
• Pay the correct amount based on the number of bags.
• Avoid placing illegal, dangerous, or prohibited items in their luggage.
• Provide accurate luggage count. Differences will be adjusted accordingly (charged or refunded).

9. Unclaimed Luggage

If luggage is not collected and no alternative instructions are provided, Ibiza Luggage will safeguard the luggage for a reasonable period before initiating judicial deposit procedures to ensure its protection.

10. Privacy

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of client data, in line with Spanish law and GDPR regulations.

11. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law.
Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Ibiza, Spain.
